Withdrawal from Contract

If you would like to return a purchased product, please send us a withdrawal statement within 14 days from the date of receiving the ordered products. The returned goods must not show any signs of use and should be sent back in an unchanged condition with original tags attached.

Withdrawal procedure:

Pack the goods together with the withdrawal statement into an envelope or box and send it back within 14 days, counting from the day you withdrew from the contract.

You will receive information about the refund by email. It takes a maximum of 14 days from the moment of informing the shop about the withdrawal from the contract. This period may be extended until the returned product is received or confirmation of its shipment is provided. The form of refund depends on the payment method you chose when placing the order. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments sent at the recipient's expense.
