Frequently asked questions about customization

How long does a custom order take?

The lead time for custom tug toys and HAUmiskas depends on the level of customization and current workshop demand. Orders are usually processed quickly, but during peak periods (such as holidays or major dog events) fulfillment times may be longer. You will always see the current status in your order confirmation.

How does a custom product differ from a standard one?

Standard tug toys and treat sets are ready-made combinations we selected as proven and universal. A custom product is built from scratch - you pick every element yourself, so you get a combination you will not find in the catalog.

Can I return a made-to-order product?

Per our terms, fully customized products (built from scratch out of components you chose) are not covered by the standard right of withdrawal. Of course, if the product is defective or inconsistent with the order, we replace it or refund you - just contact us.

Does customization cost extra?

There is no separate fee for customization. The final price depends only on the components you select - you can see the total live in the configurator before adding the product to your cart.
