Withdrawal from Contract

If you wish to return a purchased product, send us a withdrawal statement within 14 days of receiving the ordered products. You may inspect and try the goods as you would in a physical shop; you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Withdrawal procedure:

Pack the goods together with the withdrawal statement into an envelope or box and send it back within 14 days, counting from the day you withdrew from the contract.

You will receive information about the refund by email. It takes a maximum of 14 days from the moment of informing the shop about the withdrawal from the contract. This period may be extended until the returned product is received or confirmation of its shipment is provided. The form of refund depends on the payment method you chose when placing the order. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments sent at the recipient's expense.
