Schedule one-off or recurring classes, set their duration and skill level, switch between day, week and year views, and sync everything with Google Calendar.
Members & sign-ups
Accept or decline join requests, set member skill levels, let participants sign up and resign on their own, and review a report for each one.
Your trainer team
Add trainers, decide what each of them can access, and track how many classes and hours each one ran in a given month.
Payments
Collect class fees by BLIK (Tpay) or cash, keep an eye on who hasn’t paid, require prepayment and gather membership fees. The payment system itself is completely free.
Class passes
Sell passes for a bundle of classes and let the app automatically count down each member’s remaining entries.
Chat & reminders
Every class and every club gets its own chat channel. Even people outside the club can reach you. The app automatically reminds about a class a day and an hour before.
Notes & locations
Leave notes visible to a participant, private ones, or notes shared with your team, pin class locations on the map and rent your space out to other trainers.
