Agilix for clubs & trainers
Trainer Pro subscription
Your whole dog-training club in one app
Whether you are a trainer, behaviorist or physiotherapist: schedule classes, sign up members, take payments and stay in touch. All from your phone.
Features
Everything you need to run your club
Classes & calendar
Schedule one-off or recurring classes, set their duration and skill level, switch between day, week and year views, and sync everything with Google Calendar.
Members & sign-ups
Accept or decline join requests, set member skill levels, let participants sign up and cancel on their own, and review a report for each one.
Your trainer team
Add trainers, decide what each of them can access, and track how many classes and hours each one ran in a given month.
Payments
Collect class fees online through Stripe or in cash, keep an eye on who hasn’t paid, require prepayment and gather membership fees. Turning payments on costs nothing. Online payments through Stripe carry an Agilix commission.
Class passes
Sell passes for a bundle of classes and let the app automatically count down each member’s remaining entries.
Chat & reminders
Every class and every club gets its own chat channel. Even people outside the club can reach you. The app automatically reminds members about a class a day and an hour before.
Notes & locations
Leave notes visible to a participant, private ones, or notes shared with your team, pin class locations on the map and rent your space out to other trainers.
Club settings
Set up your whole club from one screen
The settings sections walk you through everything: from the club profile to publishing classes. Nothing to hunt for.
Club information
Details, photo gallery, tags and services - everything members see.
Club management
Members, participant groups, admins and trainers, club opinions and venues in one place.
Club activity
Terms, finances, membership fees, punch cards and statistics.
Events
Week view, club and venue calendars, plus scheduled publications.
Agilix is for you if
- You run regular classes with dogs
- You schedule classes with different clients in different locations
- You want to stay in touch with clients and have full control over your calendar
Agilix might not be for you if
- You run a clinic and want clients to book visits themselves within fixed hours. Agilix plans every class individually. Our separate product for veterinary clinics does that: on Premium you set the visit types and the specialists' hours, and clients pick a free slot. Check out Agilix Vet.
- You run classes with animals other than dogs.
