Club opinion rules

Who may rate a club, how we verify opinions and what we do with reports.

Opinions help handlers choose a club. We publish them only when they come from people who actually trained there. Here is how it works.

1. Who may write an opinion

  • An accepted club member writes the opinion.
  • They must have attended a class of that club within the last 30 days.
  • One person has one opinion per club. They may edit it later.

2. How we verify opinions

  • We check membership and class attendance automatically in Agilix. Without both, the opinion form does not open.
  • We show the name of the class the person attended next to their opinion.
  • We do not buy or pay for opinions. We do not remove an opinion at a club's request.

3. What we do not publish

  • Insults, threats and content that degrades named people.
  • Personal data: addresses, phone numbers, email addresses.
  • Ads, spam and opinions that are not about the club.
  • Opinions written by a competitor about a rival club.

4. The club's reply

  • A club may reply publicly under any opinion. The author is notified about it.
  • A club cannot hide or delete an opinion about itself.

5. Reporting an opinion to Agilix

  • A club reports an opinion with a stated reason. The report goes to Agilix.
  • A reported opinion stays visible until we decide.
  • Any reader may report an opinion through the contact page.

6. Hiding an opinion, and appeals

  • Only Agilix hides an opinion that breaks these rules. It then leaves the list and the average rating.
  • The author is notified when their opinion is hidden.
  • The decision can be appealed through the contact page.

7. Your data in an opinion

  • An opinion carries the signature you choose. We never show your email address or account name.
  • You can edit your opinion at any time on the club page or in the app.
