Privacy Policy
Detailed privacy policy of the Agilix application. Learn how we process personal data, what rights you have, and how we protect your information in accordance with GDPR.

Data Collected
- The application collects account data (name, email, phone), dog data (name, breed, registration numbers), competition data (entries, results, rankings), and technical data (cookies, sessions). The application does not collect health data, fitness data, location data, or biometric data. Technical data also includes the IP address, device and browser information, error logs and recordings of selected sessions for diagnostic purposes.

Health Data
- The Agilix application does not access, collect, use, or share any user Health Data as defined by Google Play policy, including but not limited to:
- data from Google Health Connect or Apple HealthKit,
- medical, clinical, or diagnostic data,
- physical fitness, physical activity, or exercise data of the user,
- biometric data (heart rate, blood pressure, glucose levels, etc.),
- nutrition, sleep, stress, or mental health data,
- reproductive health data.
- The application is used exclusively for managing canine sports competitions (agility, nosework, obedience, hoopers) and does not require or process any health data. No health data is stored on our servers or shared with third parties.

Data Retention Period
- Personal data is retained for as long as the user's account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except for data required by law. Billing data and invoices are kept for the period required by tax law, and data needed to establish or defend claims - until the limitation periods expire.

Legal bases and purposes of processing
- maintaining an account and providing the Service - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract);
- processing payments, subscriptions and orders - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- issuing invoices and meeting tax obligations - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- own marketing and newsletter - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or (f) (legitimate interest);
- statistics, analytics and cookies other than strictly necessary - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent);
- handling complaints and correspondence - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- establishing, pursuing and defending claims and Service security - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary to create an account, take part in events or fulfil an order - without it we cannot provide these services. The Service is intended for persons aged 16 or over; younger persons may use it with the consent and under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Data Visibility
- All shared data, apart from the email address, are visible to all application users, and in case of competitions, will be shared for the purpose of competition organization view. This includes displaying on scoreboards, video transmissions, and others.

Data Subject Rights
- Users have the right of access to their data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing).

Right to lodge a complaint
- If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Data Security
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Recipients and processors
- We use trusted providers who process personal data only on our instructions, under data processing agreements and with appropriate safeguards:
- Hetzner Online GmbH - infrastructure hosting;
- Amazon Web Services - file storage (photos) and e-mail delivery;
- Google / Firebase - authentication, real-time database (chat, notifications), push notifications, logs, statistics, speech synthesis, geocoding of searched addresses, Google Calendar sync;
- Stripe - payment handling for the Agility Premium subscription;
- RevenueCat - Trainer Pro subscription handling in the mobile app;
- Tpay (Krajowy Integrator Platnosci S.A.) - payments in the online shop as well as for event participation and organizational fees;
- Google Ireland Ltd (Google Customer Reviews) - with your consent given after placing an order in the online shop, we share the order number, e-mail address, delivery country and estimated delivery date so that Google can send you a survey and collect a review of your purchase;
- Apple, Google - payment and login handling in the mobile apps;
- Meta Platforms - login via a Facebook account;
- Sentry - application error monitoring and recording of selected sessions (session replay) for diagnostic purposes; recordings may include the content of the pages displayed;
- Ahrefs - website visit statistics;
- Anthropic, Google - artificial intelligence features (course photo analysis, the LAIKA assistant);
- Cloudflare - content delivery (CDN).
- Data may also be disclosed to entities authorized under the law and to legal and accounting advisers.

Transfers outside the EEA
- Some of our providers (including Stripe, Google, Amazon Web Services, Sentry, Apple, Meta, RevenueCat, Anthropic, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision (including the Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an appropriate level of protection. Profiling and automated decisions
- We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. Statistics and content personalization are based on aggregate data and do not differentiate your legal situation.

Changes in Privacy Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our personal data protection practices. Changes will be published on this website.

Calendar
- Users have the option to link their account to Google Calendar.
- Users can disconnect their calendar account within the app, using the "Disconnect" button.

Withdrawal of consent
- Where processing is based on consent (e.g. marketing, analytics cookies), the consent can be withdrawn at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Types of cookies and tools
- Necessary - maintaining the session and login; they work without consent because they are required to provide the service;
- Analytics - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Ahrefs; used to compile statistics on Service usage; used with your consent;
- Functional - Firebase; support app features, including notifications and real-time data;
- Diagnostic - Sentry; used to detect and fix errors.
- You can manage cookie settings in your browser; disabling some of them may limit how the Service works.

Deleting data
- Deleting personal data is done by logging into the Agilix mobile app, then selecting the option Profile → My Data → and then 'delete account'.

Returns and Complaints
- Customers have the right to return ordered goods/services in accordance with applicable law
