Fees and commissions
What the Agilix commission and the Stripe fee are on online payments for competitions, classes, rentals, shop orders and photos - and who pays them.
The participant always pays the listed price - nothing is added on top. The Agilix commission and the Stripe fee are deducted from the payout of the party that sets the price and accepts the online payment through Stripe.

If the commission would equal or exceed the payment amount, Agilix takes no commission on that payment.
Club BLIK payments through the legacy system (Tpay) carry no Agilix commission. New connections to that system are no longer offered.
Stripe fee
Online payments are processed by Stripe. It charges its own fee on every payment, separate from the Agilix commission and deducted from the same party’s payout. It depends on the payment method:
- Stripe fee: card from 1.5% + PLN 1, BLIK 1.6% + PLN 1, Przelewy24 1.9% + PLN 1
- Stripe fee: card from 1.5% + €0.25
- Stripe fee: card from 1.5% + CZK 6
- Stripe fee: card from 1.5% + £0.20
The card rate is for standard EEA cards - premium cards, non-EEA cards and currency conversion cost more.
Stripe pricingRefunds
When a payment is refunded, Agilix returns its commission. The Stripe processing fee is not refunded.
