What a club is
A club is any place with classes and services for dogs
It can be a training center, a sports club, a physiotherapy practice or a single specialist. In Agilix we call each of them a club.

Why join a club?
Clubs exist to keep classes, schedules and contact with the trainer in one place. When you join a club, you get:

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to belong to a club to train?
For single, open classes, no. Most clubs, though, don't run open classes, and the other classes are booked by club members. So to train with a club regularly, you usually need to join it.
Do I need an account to join a club?
Yes. To join a club and sign up for classes you need an account. Browsing clubs works without one.
Why do you need to be approved?
The club decides who it takes in. That keeps its spots and member-only classes under control.
Who approves club membership?
The club decides. A trainer or club admin approves your join request.
How long does the club take to respond?
It depends on the club, usually no longer than 24h. You get a notification once the club approves your request.
How do we verify clubs and trainers?
We do not check diplomas or licences - a club is set up and run by its trainer. When starting a club they accept the Club terms and conditions and commit to following them. The members are the ones who verify it. Only someone the club accepted can write an opinion. They must also have attended a class within the last month. For public classes the class name is shown next to the opinion. We do not buy opinions and we do not remove them at a club's request. Reported opinions are checked against the club review rules.
When I join a club, do I have to book a class?
No. Joining a club doesn’t commit you to any classes. You sign up for classes whenever you want. A club admin can, however, remove inactive members.
Can I belong to several clubs?
Yes, and that’s the whole point. Agilix was built so everyone can reach the widest possible offer. With it you do more with your dog and build a bond with them. With one account you join several clubs at once, and all the classes show up in a single Agenda. That way nobody feels limited to one place, and reaching a specialist is easier.
Can I leave a club?
Yes. You can leave a club at any time from the app.
Is club membership paid?
Joining a club in Agilix is free, and so is the app. A club charges for its classes. It can also set its own membership fee.
