What a club is
A club is any place with classes and services for dogs
It can be a training center, a sports club, a physiotherapy practice or a single specialist. In Agilix we call each of them a club.

Why join a club?
Clubs exist to keep classes, schedules and contact with the trainer in one place. When you join a club, you get:

- One-tap sign-up for the club’s classes
- Chat with the trainer and other members
- Notifications about classes and events
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to belong to a club to train?
For single, open classes, no. Most clubs, though, don’t run open classes, and the full offer always requires membership. To train with a club regularly, you need to join it.
Do I need an account to join a club?
Yes. To join a club and sign up for classes you need an account. Browsing clubs works without one.
Why do you need to be approved?
The club decides who it takes in. That keeps its spots and member-only classes under control.
Who approves club membership?
The club decides. A trainer or club admin approves your join request.
How long does the club take to respond?
It depends on the club, usually no longer than 24h. You get a notification once the club approves or declines your request.
When I join a club, do I have to book a class?
No. Joining a club doesn’t commit you to any classes. You sign up for classes whenever you want. A club admin can, however, remove inactive members.
Can I belong to several clubs?
Yes, and that’s the whole point. Agilix was built so everyone can reach the widest possible offer. With it you do more with your dog and build a bond with them. With one account you join several clubs at once, and all the classes show up in a single Agenda. That way nobody feels limited to one place, and reaching a specialist is easier.
Can I leave a club?
Yes. You can leave a club at any time from the app.
Is club membership paid?
No. Joining a club and being a member are free. A club charges for classes, not for membership itself. The app is free too.
