How it works, step by step

Set rates in the trainer dashboard
Enter prices once per class type. Add discounts for regular clients or free entries for a freshly adopted dog.

Decide who pays up front
By default a member pays cash at the class. You turn online prepayment on for a chosen class or for a chosen member.

Three settings that decide on prepayment
Without them a member books a class and pays cash on the day, and you mark the payment off. These three settings turn on paying online, up front.
Prepayment on a chosen class
In the class form you tick that prepayment is required. A place is then held only once the class has been paid for online. The class needs a price or a rate.
Prepayment for a chosen member
In a member's finances you set that this person always pays before booking. It applies to every class with a price. Everyone else pays on the day, unless the class itself requires prepayment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Agilix Finance cost?

What payment methods are supported?
Cash payments are marked off manually after class. Online payments run through Stripe - the club creator turns them on in the club finance settings.
Can I require prepayment?
Yes. Once the club has online payments turned on, you tick prepayment on a chosen class or set it for a chosen member. A place is then held only once the class has been paid for.
What happens when a member does not show up?
You mark the absence on the participant list. The place still counts as taken, and the class fee is not refunded automatically.
Does this work for small clubs too?
Yes - a solo trainer with three clients and a club with fifteen trainers see the same toolbox. The fewer members you have, the less clicking it requires - Agilix never forces structures you do not need yet.
