Frequently asked questions
Is Agilix Finance really free?
Yes. No transaction fees, no activation cost. The Agilix trainer subscription price does not change either.
What payment methods are supported?
Cash payments are marked off manually after class. Electronic payments (BLIK and cards) run through TPay - we set them up together with you after you reach out to our team.
Can I require prepayment?
Yes, separately for each class. If you pick the "full electronic payments" mode, a member is not added to the participant list until the BLIK transfer goes through.
What happens when a member does not show up?
The trainer decides: mark the payment as consumed (no-show), issue a refund, or move it to another date. Everything is visible in the member’s history, so there is no ambiguity.
Does this work for small clubs too?
Yes - a solo trainer with three clients and a club with fifteen trainers see the same toolbox. The fewer members you have, the less clicking it requires - Agilix never forces structures you do not need yet.
