Venues, rentals and classes

This is how a training venue works in Agilix. Learn what a venue and its spaces are. See who creates classes. Find out what changes when someone shares their venue with you.

The essentials

  • A venue belongs to a club and is divided into training spaces.
  • Only a person who was given access can book. Club membership alone is not enough.
  • The owner does not create empty slots. People with access book free hours themselves.
  • A class always belongs to a club. Its admins and trainers create it.
