Club admins and trainers create classes. In the app, use the "Add event" button on the agenda. On agilix.dog, go to the club panel and click "New class".
The author, the trainer running the class and the club admin can edit and delete it.

Classes and sign-ups
How a trainer creates, repeats and publishes classes. How a participant signs up for a class and cancels.
In the form you choose your club's venue or a venue shared with you. You select at least one space under "Training spaces".
A class cannot overlap other classes or rentals in the same spaces. The form will not save such a slot. The exception is the admins and trainers of the club that owns the venue. They can save the slot despite the clash with the "Ignore availability" option.
One form creates a whole series. The class repeats every week at the same time. You choose the end of the month, the end of next month, one month ahead or an exact number of sessions.
A class set to "Available on event list" appears on the club's event list. A class set to "Available only with invite" is seen only by invited people.
The "Publication Scheduler" hides classes until a chosen moment. Then they become visible and club members get a notification. This way you can open sign-ups every Friday evening, for example.
Often create similar classes? Fill in the form and click "Save template". Next time, use "Load template". Templates are saved for you within that club.
Run a class for several clubs? Use "Also publish in clubs". Each club gets its own copy of the class at its own venue.
The first sign-up in any club takes that slot. The copies in the other clubs stop taking sign-ups. Changing the time, length, number of places or trainers in one copy changes all of them.
In the app you find classes in the "Events" tab. On agilix.dog they are in the class search and on the club page. Choose a class, book a place and select your dogs. Each dog takes one place.
Signing up fails when there are no free places. It also fails when the class is for club members only or the dog's level is too low. A paused membership blocks it as well.
If the club requires payment up front, the place is yours only once paid. If places run out at the moment of payment, the payment is returned to you.
A club without online payments can still charge for classes. It then settles with participants outside the app, for example on site or by bank transfer. The club tells you how to pay.
Removing a paid dog from a class means the fee is forfeited. Instead, you can swap the dog for another one. The fee then moves to the new dog.
The club decides whether, and until when, you can cancel a class on your own. After that deadline, contact the club.
