For people a venue was shared with. How to book the hall, pay and cancel a slot. How to run your own club's classes there.
In the app, a "+" button appears in the bottom right corner of the agenda screen. It opens "Create event". On agilix.dog, a "Rent a space" button appears in "My classes".
Club admins see two buttons on the agenda. One adds a club class, the other creates an own event. The buttons appear only with access to at least one active venue.
Choose the venue, the training spaces and the length. Then pick one of the free slots. The booking is ready straight away. The owner does not have to approve it.
The list shows only slots within the opening hours you are allowed. It has no slots further away than the days-ahead limit the owner set.
No payment in the app does not mean the rental is free. The owner may settle with you outside the app. Ask them how to pay.
When the venue has a price list, you first choose an item from it. The item sets the length and the spaces. Then you pick a slot and click "Pay and book".
The slot is held for you while you pay. The booking is confirmed once paid. If the slot still turns out to be taken, you get a full refund.
You enter the owner's discount code before paying. If the code brings the price down to zero, you book without paying.
The owner can also add you to a monthly bill. You will then see a "Book - add to monthly bill" button. You pay for such rentals once a month. With an overdue bill, you pay at each booking again.
You can cancel a booking yourself only if the venue owner allows it. The owner also sets how many hours before the slot this is possible. A cancelled paid rental is refunded in full.
After that time, write to the club that owns the venue. Its admin can delete any booking.
Are you an admin or trainer in your club with access to someone else's venue? That venue appears in your club's class form. The class belongs to your club and takes sign-ups there. At the same time it takes a space at the other venue.
The same rules as for a rental apply. Opening hours, the days-ahead limit and the gap between bookings all count. At a paid venue the slot has to be paid for first. That is why you create classes there one at a time, without repeats.
The owning club's admins see your bookings and classes in the venue calendar. They can get notifications about new rentals. They can also remove your access.
